If you've attempted a transaction that failed but still resulted in a charge, follow these steps to understand and resolve the issue.

Steps to Resolve:

Check Your Account Balance:

Verify if the amount has indeed been deducted from your account.
Sometimes, pending charges may appear temporarily and be reversed automatically.
Review Transaction Details:

Log into your banking or payment account.
Find the failed transaction and check for any specific error messages or codes.
Wait for Automatic Reversal:

Many failed transactions are automatically corrected within 24-48 hours.
Check your account periodically to see if the funds have been returned.
Contact Your Bank:

If the charge persists after 48 hours, contact your bank or payment provider.
Provide them with details of the transaction for further assistance.
